We're gearing up for the New Year, and if you're anything like me, that means taking stock of your life and assessing what needs to change. This might take the form of a New Year's resolution, or it might just be a general feeling of wanting to self-improve. After all, this is the time of year when gym memberships skyrocket, health food stores have to batten down the hatches, and everyone walks around with the glimmer of a new life in their eyes. "New Year, New Me," we all say to each other, even if we don't really mean it.
But I'm a firm believer in trying anyway. If you never attempt to really go for it and try to change all your bad habits, then nothing is ever going to change.
