Ever feel like you're allergic to going outside? The stresses and exhaustion of having a 9-5 job can make all your free time feel like you have to devote it to resting. I know that for myself, weekends and evenings are me time. I truly think I have an aversion to going outside when I don't have to. I've always been the type of person to eagerly race back to bed after any outing, whether it's a friend's house, a restaurant, an event, or work. Get me back home, comfortable in pajamas, and not talking to anyone.
