We have entered one of the weirdest parts of the calendar year: a measly, scrawny little week in time that makes you question your reality. I'm talking, of course, about that weird little week between Christmas Day and New Year's Day. We are currently in the middle of the only weekend between these two holidays, which may or may not affect the productivity of the world's workers. I'm ready to sing that song about auld acquaintance more than anyone, but I just have to get through these next few days.
I can't be too bummed because 2025 is right around the corner, and I couldn't be more excited. The thing that most excites me is that 2025 marks the 10-year anniversary of 2015, which is so believable and unbelievable at the same time. 2015 was a year when I made a boatload of resolutions. I'd like to think I've accomplished all those goals, but who's to say? Only that weird New Year's baby knows, and I won't ask him. If you're not looking forward to going back to work whenever you're going back to work, you've come to the right, unproductive place.
