'Set boundaries quickly': Boss continuously texts worker while they're taking PTO despite worker leaving behind comprehensive documents

In the words of Rhett and Link, "Everything's okay, 'cause I'm on vacation." Or so it should be. We all need time off every now and then so we don't lose our minds. Rest is just as important, if not more important, than work. We need space and time to ourselves so we can feed our interests, spend quality time with our family, celebrate holidays, and turn our brains off. This is exactly why companies offer paid time off. They build in time during the year that you can avail yourself of whenever you need a break. 

But this isn't always as simple as it should be. Sometimes bosses don't quite get the memo and won't leave you to yourself even when they're supposed to.
