The Christmas penal system is a very strict one, isn't it? With no disrespect for Santa, has he been through the proper training to determine who's naughty and nice? Aren't we all one or the other most of the time? We are complex. Plus, everyone knows that being completely "nice" probably shows a lack of character. The nice definition has remained pawsitive only at Christmas. The rest of the year we use it only to describe a bad date. 
 

Our purrfectly personality-packed pusses deserve more than this rigid Christmas division. Are they naughty sometimes? Yes. Have they scratched every inch of the French duvet we inherited? They have. Did they spill an expensive bottle of wine on the carpet? They did. Were the muddy footprints on the kitchen floor theirs? They were. But who can cuddle better with us in front of the heater, while music's playing? No one. Would a "nice" cat gaze into our eyes, longing for kind words? Nah. He would probably leave us for some charity work. 
 

So, this Christmas we are celebrating the mischief spirit of our frivolous felines and our clumsy cats. We've collected the cats that create chaos in the cutest ways possible. That's the real list for Christmas, in our opinion. And, let's be honest, we're right there with them. We're not always nice, sometimes we're downright awful. But 'tis the season to be jolly, and we'll be much jollier with a naughty cat in our lap.
