Even though the task of managing employees is literally part of the job title, managers are always inclined to neglect that part, and completely ignore their employee's needs.

An attempt that usually ends with a failure, but it is still nice they tried. It's important that managers will be exposed to criticism, even if they choose to ignore it. At least it shows that someone in the office still cares about keeping the office morale up.

How completely out of touch with reality can one become to fully believe that if employees don't quit their jobs, it means that they are happy?
