Parents, you did it. You're officially in that special place between Christmas and New Year's where work is fake, the kids are still off from school, and you have to find new ways to entertain them. Heaven knows they probably only played with that pricey new toy for about an hour or two until they moved on to the next thing.
If you're in a snowy area, maybe you could take them to sled down the neighborhood hill. It's not only loads of fun, but it will surely tucker them out when it's over. Or you could try to introduce them to a beloved holiday movie from when you were growing up, only to find out just how poorly it has aged, and that PG-13 used to mean something different back in the day. Or you could just let them entertain themselves while you scroll these tweets. You know they'll just interrupt you anyway.
