Talk about making a bad first impression! This neighbor was on a mission with one objective: to get the new neighbors to decorate ASAP! 

Everyone decorates for the holidays a little differently. Some people do almost nothing: maybe they'll get a Christmas tree and hang up a few decorations, or put up a strand of lights outside and call it a day. Other people go all out! Like, imagine going over to your next-door neighbor's home, knocking on the door, and informing them that since everyone else decorates for the winter holidays, they'd better do that, too.
