Seeing your parents break up is something no child or adult should ever have to go through, yet as painful as it is, it's incredibly common. 

In this Reddit thread, the original poster (OP) is a woman whose life has been wrecked by infidelity and her parent's divorce. Her father left the family when she was young, and he got involved with another woman and her children. He was nearly absent for much of her life, but she decides to invite him to her wedding anyway. He then asks if his wife and her children can attend the wedding. OP blames the woman for destroying her life, and refuses to allow them to come.
