Catching a thieving neighbor is not as easy as it looks. First of all, without evidence, it's kind of an audacious assumption to be made. It's certainly not the kind of thing you can accuse someone of face-to-face unless you have concrete proof. In this instance, the only concrete evidence this Redditor had was that her neighbor was a miserable human being. That's certainly enough to suspect, but it's not enough to prove.

For a little backstory, the Redditor started to create distance between herself and the Karen neighbor after she made her baby cry in a car. Then, the original poster (OP) began to notice that a few of her items were consistently missing. She installed a hidden camera and used this past Halloween as bait to see if the Karen would bite… and let's just say, it worked.
