Sometimes, you just have to say that enough is enough. But this is not it. You see that cat right there? That cat it thinking exactly what we are thinking - that it can still reach through those holes and reach the bottom of that tree and make a whole mess out of it.

Same here. A for the effort, but the execution could be improved. We don't know if you have ever seen a cat tear through a bag to get to the groceries inside, but it happens, and it happens fast. And this bag is not going to keep this curious kitty away from that tree for very long.
