This might be a little controversial, but we like to wait until after Thanksgiving to decorate our house for Christmas. For some reason, if it is not December yet, it is simply not the Christmas season, so any decoration we have in our house must be directly related to the holiday of that month.
That said, as soon as December 1st hits, the Christmas tree is out, our elf on the shelf is perched, and all the bells are jingling. And you know who is most excited about the Christmas decorations? Well, that would be our criminally cute cat, Coco.
There is something about the Christmas decorations that Coco loves. She loves to play with the ornaments, scratch the tree, knock down the elf on the shelf, and try to stuff herself into our stockings. Of course, her love for Christmas usually means making our life more difficult, as every day we wake up to a new mayhem she caused in the house, but we cannot deny her that joy she awwbsolutely deserves.
