Who here hasn't considered selling their car at least once because of all the headache that comes with the burden of owning a car?
Not only is it extremely expensive, with gas, insurance, and car treatments, but car issues are probably one of the most annoying and inconvenient things that any car owner has the misfortune of dealing with. Setting aside the money you have to pay to actually get your car fixed, you then have to physically separate from your car while it is at the mechanic for who-knows how long, which basically feels like having to live without a limb.
If you were to ask the person who wrote this Reddit story (OP, original poster), how they feel about owning a car, I am sure they are going to tell you it is a pain. Especially after they had to wait three months for it to get fixed, only to find out that the mechanic hadn't even looked at it.
Keep scrolling to read the full story, including the texts between OP and the mechanic. After you are done, check out this story of an employee who refused to comply with a team-building exercise, and got fired.
