It's true what they say: people will run from bad bosses as fast as they can. Having a low salary is irritating, but if you love your job, it isn't always so bad. And if you love the people you work with, those 8-hour days may fly by, making your workweek a breeze. When management is bad, though, it really ruins morale. Instead of working together to reach a common goal, employees don't feel confident in their employer. They resort to whispering amongst themselves, talking about leaving, or becoming petty in order to get back at these bad bosses.

It's rare that multiple people quit at once. But sometimes supervisors act so egregiously that it's not even a choice. Standing up for a coworker, and leaving for a new job and a fresh start at the same time, can feel so worth it.
