During the holiday season, customer service employees will notice an uptick in Karen behavior. Said customers come to establishments with their claws sharpened and their entitlement rampant, hoping to pull a fast one on anybody in their sight.
Usually, customer service employees notice more stressful behavior because everyone in the world is shopping for their special someone, and let's face it: The holidays are a stressful time. However, a customer's stress should not be taken out on a patient, unassuming employee—these employees exist to help make shopping as enjoyable as it possibly can be when tensions are running high. Instead of getting away with it, a few police officers give her a taste of karmic justice. Scroll to read.
