'I don't necessarily believe in that stuff, but...': Feline Pawrent Saves Injured Kitten on the Same Adopta-versary of Their Void Who Recently Passed Over the Rainbow Bridge in Heartwarming Rescue Story

Hey, feline fam. If you're a fan of the site, you know how much we love (and don't understand) the cat distribution system. It works in mysterious ways. Sometimes, you're not ready for a cat at all, and yet it supplies you with one, and other times it sends one to you when you need it the most. In a heartwarming rescue story, one feline pawrent found a kitten while driving on the highway one night. The kitten was badly injured, but they took them in, got them the care they needed to recover, and now the feisty kitten is bossing them around like they've lived there their whole lives!

But what makes this tail truly touching is that this cat lover found the kitten on the adopta-versary of their void who recently passed over the rainbow bridge. It's as if the CDS sent them this kitten to say, "Here, we know you're missing your beloved cat. Life is a joyous thing, and should be celebrated, not mourned over." Who would do this? How? We don't understand people. Cats have feelings too, you know. She must have been so scared, all alone in the world at such a young age. But now she's all healthy and safe in her furrever home!

Well, if this kitten doesn't have a whole lot of sass, then we don't know who does. She sure seemed to warm up to her new surroundings quickly! In just a few days she's bossing around her hooman like it's her job (and it is).
