Sometimes, not only is the grass not greener on the other side, but it is actually much more brown, and that is the case when it comes to the neighbors in this Reddit story.
Of course, we do not mean the actual quality of the grass of the two neighbors' backyards in the story, we mean the quality of the people involved. Despite envy being a strong human emotion, many people find themselves grateful that they are not like their neighbors, especially when those neighbors act entitled and downright crazy.
When the new residents moved into the neighborhood in this story, it wasn't long before they started causing trouble to anyone around them. OP (original poster) is unfortunately sharing a fence with those neighbors, whose first conversation with OP was to demand the removal of the trees between their house, because they were 'blocking their view'.
