I'm technically against all forms of vandalism, just for the record. That said, the examples in this listicle are getting a pass. Why? Because every one of these mischievous acts actually improved the original. From clever edits on boring street signs to tiny tweaks that made mundane objects suddenly hilarious, these vandals added a touch of brilliance and humor where it was least expected.
Whether it's someone placing a razor blade in the hand of a sculpture, making it look like he his shaving his armpit or someone placing pictures of Bill Clinton, Bill Cosby and Bill Nye on a "Post No Bills" Sign, these acts are all about small changes with big impacts. They make us smile, they make us think, and sometimes they just make the world look a bit more fun—so, technically speaking, I can't help but approve. But please, Don't take this as a call to action!
