Hey, animal fam. We hope you're getting by okay on this moody Monday. One of the things we've learned in our years on this planet is the importance of putting ourselves first. When we were younger, we attached our self-worth to the thoughts of others. On top of that, we put others' needs before our own - going to work when we should have stayed home sick, helping friends when we should be recharging our own social battery, etc. But not anymore. We've learned that for us to help fill other people's cups, we need to fill our own every once in a while.
