Man Sues Karen Neighbor After Her Son Trespasses Onto His Property, Destroying Koi Fish Pond, She Refuses to Take Accountability: 'Kids will be kids'

Welcome, gossiping goddesses of the internet. Taking care of koi fish is nothing like having a goldfish. While many of you reading were likely gifted a pet fish as a child and managed to keep it alive for a while by feeding it fish flakes every few days, you likely did not learn many of the skills required to maintain a healthy koi pond. Because the Japanese fish are so large, they cannot be kept in some household aquarium; they require a whole outdoor pond setup which, with the koi included, can cost thousands of dollars and just as many hours to tend to. 

The fish are incredibly sensitive to changes in the water, such those brought about by a bratty child falling into the pond and getting his germs everywhere — as was the case in our story today! The child in question actually destroyed the water filtration system, and many of the fish did not make it.
