Hello to all my animal-loving hoomans out there… oh—and all of your furry friends, too!
Thanksgiving can be a lot of fun, especially when my grandmother is hosting and her elderly cat likes to sit on your lap. The holiday provides many opportunities to eat food that comes from a can, similar to the cuisines of our favorite furry friends. Boy, after eating all that food, sometimes I need my cat to come over and give ME belly scratches (he just kneads mostly).
Sometimes, table arguments can send you into a furrenzy that will have you working furriously on the scratching board. The dinner table becomes a battleground, everyone un-leashing their thoughts, and just like those retractable leashes, it always slings back and gets you where it hurts.
