'[He] walked straight into my heart': Photographer Finds Malnourished Lonely Puppy in Cemetery, He Wholesomely Changes Her Life Furrever

Happy wholesome weekend, animal fam. We are a firm believer in the saying, "When one door closes, another one opens." It means to look for the bad inside the good and to open yourself up to new things instead of focusing on what was taken away. After walking away from a long-time friendship, one kindhearted woman went for a drive one day, not knowing that a new friend was waiting for her at the end of her drive. She stopped by a cemetery to take pictures, and lo and behold, she found a pawsitively adorable puppy looking for love.

The doggo was in bad condition. He was malnourished, had rashes on his skin, but he walked straight up to her and into her heart. She rescued the perfect pupper, got him to the vet, and now they're both happier than ever. Even better yet, she named him Anubis - a fitting name for a doggo from the cemetery.
