Sometimes, finding the motivation to go to the gym is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. When it's not there, it's not there. The thing is, there are always a million excuses for not going to the gym. I don't have time, I don't have energy, I don't have clean gym clothes, it's too far, I'll just do it tomorrow. We're so good at talking ourselves out of things. But the amazing thing is that you never regret going once you've done it. Sure, when you're deep in the stairmaster wishing time would move just a little faster, you might not be thanking yourself, but when it's over, you will.
As Elle Woods famously pointed out, exercise causes endorphins. And endorphins make you happy. And happy people don't kill their husbands. They just don't. So if you can keep that in the forefront of your mind, it might be easier to go to the gym. Or you could just look at these memes.
