OR you could do the funny cool and totally normal thing, and convey how you feel to your therapist in memes! Now, that sounds like a lot more fun to us and probably to your therapist as well! Ignore all the scribbling they're doing in their notebook after you show them so self-deprecating memes. That's probably them just making sure they remember the joke so they can share it with their friends later. They're definitely not diagnosing you via these memes at all!
