Huskies are difficult dogs, for sure, but we don't know if we personally would call them the most "annoying" dog breed. They are working dogs, and the fact of the matter is that most people take them into their homes and don't work them. It's like buying a tractor and expecting it to get decent gas mileage - that's simply not what it's for.

This is the real answer - any dog can be an annoying dog. Dogs require training, time, and effort to teach them how to understand our human world. Anyone who tells you otherwise is trying to sell you something!
