Good meowrning, everyone! We're up bright and early to start our feline fitness journey to become purrfectly healthy and de-chonkify ourselves. We're taking inspawration from all of our furrvorite inspirational influencers - cats! They give out the best advice, especially when it comes to getting in shape. Through these hissterical cat memes, we too, can help you achieve your ideal body by the time next summer arrives. The first thing we do is wake up early to eat breakfast…and then go back to sleep for a few hours.
After your meowrning nap, the real test begins with a lazy stroll around the house to your favorite sunny spot. This is a pawsitively intense interval workout as the sun keeps moving, so every 30 minutes you have to change spots! Talk about difficult. You repeat this for several hours until your pawrent (or partner, depending on if you have two legs or four), when you must sprint to them and immediately beg for treats before dinner. After dinner, you finally are allowed to rest, where you can cuddle up next to them until you start again the next day. If this isn't the hack to getting a purrfect body, we're not sure what is. These lazy cats sure are expurrts when it comes to fitness!
To be fair, sleeping is a very impurrtant part of any fitness journey. Sleeping is when your body recovers, so if you don't sleep enough, your workouts won't be as effective. But really, we'll take any excuse that lets us sleep a little bit longer.
You may think that this cat is too lazy to go down and get her toy, but she's actually doing a pawsitively intense exercise that involves holding her arms out to test her shoulder muscles. Feel the burn!
