When one decides to be a parent, it's important that they realize they need to stop it with the selfish, entitled behavior they once engaged in.
After all, taking care of a kid is hard work. Especially when both parents aren't in the picture. Single moms everywhere make it by without using funds reserved for their children, on themselves and their other kiddos. If the father or mother of one's child has a family that is willing to shell out some money per month to secure their child's future, they should accept that graciously and assume they are not entitled to the funds.
The mother in this story decides to ask her child's father's family, who set up a cozy savings account for him, to transfer the funds to her name instead. Her reasoning is that she has other children from other fathers she needs to take care of, but that shouldn't be the father's family's problem. They didn't sign up to help multiple children. The mother was exceptionally angry, but the family expressed that he couldn't touch any of the funds until he turned 18, and she wouldn't see a dime of it period. Scroll below to read the full story.
