Neighbors' kids constantly play in man's front yard and entitled parents do nothing about it, so he calls the school district to get the kids' bus stop moved away from his property

If you're an introvert, the idea of a school bus stop right near your front yard might be a bit nightmarish.

You have children of all ages lining up at 8 AM sharp so they can make it to homeroom on time, possibly playing in your front yard as you try to enjoy your last bit of peace in the morning before work begins. Then, when 3 PM hits, your ears are welcomed by an uproar of childish laughter, Johnny Boy and his gang shaking the last bit of autumn leaves off of your favorite tree. Even when you muster up all of your energy to reach out to the parents of the troublesome kids, they get angry with you for attempting to "parent" their children. If you don't, who else will? 

This is just one of many frustrating issues the original poster (OP) of this story has to deal with in his neighborhood feud. When he tries to have a heart-to-heart with the childrens' parents, they don't meet him in the middle.
