    Meet Zuko, Falkor, and Hannabelle Lickter: 30 Dog Pawrents Who Named Their Precious Puppers After Movies and TV Shows

    Not everyone's a TV and movie geek, and not everyone's a dog pawrent, but this combination in one humble hooman can foster real creativity - in dogs' Halloween costumes, in special shirts they might wear, and in their names. There is vastly more room for creativity when naming your pet child, as opposed to naming your human child (which, to be fair, is done from time to time, but is considered strange to a lot of people). There are some dogs with very special names out there, and some of them come from very specific sources.

    Some dog pawrents were asked to share their pupper + the movie or TV show that was the inspiration for that name. And let us tell you, when you're a TV and movie geek dog pawrent, you can have a lot of fun with naming your dog child. So give it up for Granger, Dexter, Leia, Aang, Dipper and Mabel. Their names are special, and they sure are special to their pawrents.
