There are certain animals that we know we shouldn't have as pets, but we really want them, like raccoons, bobcats, and our personal favorite, kangaroos. Imagine having a little kangaroo hopping around behind you all the time, snuggling into the pockets of your sweatshirts - it sounds perfect right? Well, we definitely don't recommend taking in wild kangaroos, but one gentle family found an abandoned baby kangaroo in the desert, and couldn't resist trying to save the little joey themselves.

Not only did they try, they succeeded! The tiny baby grew into a joyful joey quickly and became a part of their hoppy (sorry, not sorry), wholesome family in no time. Sooooooooo tiny! This little joey is lucky that the family found him. Who knows how, or why he was left behind, but we believe that everything happens for a reason. He was meant to have a hoppy wholesome life with his hooman fam!

Those ears. We are obsessed with animals with big ears - it's just so cute! Better start wearing clothes with big pockets all the time though, because it's in his instincts to burrow into anything he can just to find a space to chill out. Honestly, same.
