We always talk about how people rescuing cats is one of the most amazing things that you can do for them. What we don't talk about enough is how our cats also save us. Cats lie there, on our laps, purring and not only giving us something to aww at but also bringing us calmness, like nothing else can.

All of that is amazing and invaluable. Our cats save us every day. And sometimes, they literally save us. Our lives. Like they did with this person - not once but twice. Twice, this person's cats discovered a literal cobra in their homes, and twice, because of the cats' instincts, their owner was able to call in the right people and solve the problem on time.

This story is crazy enough as it is, but the fact that it happened twice is absolutely ridiculous. Listen to your cats. That is the conclusion from this story. If your cat is behaving weirdly and is too focused on something, then there is definitely something for it to be focused on.
