My dad and I never really watched any TV shows together when I was a kid, which is fair. I was totally into Transformers and Macron 1, while he was more into shows like Bonanza and Dynasty. But there was one show we both enjoyed together—Wonder Woman with the one and only Lynda Carter. I was really into Wonder Woman, and he was really into Lynda Carter (now that I think about it, she was like a taller and more badass version of my mom so I totally get it).
And sure, the show was pretty silly, much like the 60s Batman TV show. But that didn't stop us from sitting down together and enjoying watching Wonder Woman punch some bad guys while skating down the street with a Wonder Woman-themed helmet on her head. Why would Wonder Woman need a helmet? Or a pair of skates? Who cares? Lynda provided us with some father-son bonding time, and that's all that matters.
