Neighborly disputes happen all the time. Getting into arguments and disagreements with folks you live in somewhat close quarters with is inevitable, but you always hope that you can come to a win-win agreement on both sides. This cannot be said of neighbors who do the most outrageous things and expect others to turn their cheek.
Nobody wants to think their neighbors are burying things in their yard. For example, "things" such as water heaters. Now, the neighbor in this story was admittedly unaware of the fact that his property line was short 15ft, so the nice couple did a rough survey (but not official) of the land themselves. They go to the neighbor and inform them of his new property line, and the neighbor agrees to remove his "junk" from the 15ft of space that likely belongs to the couple.
Yet, when the neighbor claims he is "filling the trenches" with dirt to leave the newfound property in a better condition, the couple catches him burying a water heater underground.
