Pilates is life. Pilates is the elite workout. Whoever says "it's just stretching" has never been to a pilates class. If you feel this way too, then welcome! We are pro pilates. Reformer or mat, whatever you're in the mood for, it's one of the best workouts you will get. It has got it all! Cardio, strengthening , and stretching. It's the only workout worth getting up at 6am for. Sorry not sorry. It might feel like torture during the process, but afterwards it's magical. Like your body can do anything! As you might be able to tell, we highly recommend pilates. It might sound cringe, but you won't regret being obsessed with pilates. It is like a workout that doesn't leave you with rickety knees or sore backs. It works them out while ALSO stretching them to make sure there is the least amount of post-workout pain.
