'One phone call to the CEO later, she's in his office': Car dealership tells customer that only the CEO can authorize her request, she refuses to back down

It's a longstanding tradition at car dealerships to have to haggle with the salespeople. But you wouldn't think you'd have to keep haggling just to get your car fixed! After you buy a car, a lot of dealerships offer regular maintenance checks for free, as well as having a shop you can bring your car into if it starts having issues. It's a little way to show customers your appreciation…but one dealership seems to take issue with this approach. Another nice thing dealerships offer is that if your car does break down or need maintenance, they might offer you a loaner car. That way, you can still drive to work or to pick up the kids or wherever else you might need to go. So it's strange that u/bigjont's sister had such a hard time retrieving her loaner car from the dealership.
