Extreme weather sweeps family's bench swing into their neighbor's yard, neighbor puts up 'no trespassing’ signs and begins to use their bench swing so they can't retrieve it

Extreme weather is always against you, but having entitled neighbors makes matters much worse.

Usually, if your property is misplaced for whatever reason, you'd hope that you can count on your neighbors' cooperation to help right these wrongs. I mean, in what world would stealing one's property be a good thing? There are laws in place that should protect you if this happens to you, but for some odd reason, the family in this story's neighbor is getting away with keeping a bench swing that does not belong to them. What's worse, is that they are facing the bench swing toward the family's house, where they'll soon be able to see into the yard as the leaves from their tree fall this autumn.

The neighbor in question has called the authorities on this family for unwarranted reasons, especially because the family was simply trying to find and retrieve their belongings that got swept away as a result of a flood that occurred in their neighborhood.
