Son Reconciles With Absent Father When He Learns of His Medical Condition, Leading to Heartwarming Family Reunion [Update]

Welcome back internet enthusiasts. In the era of no contact it can be almost too easy to 180 on someone and just block them from your life. This story is a perfect example of why that may not be the best first reaction. People are multifaceted; we all make mistakes, and having the opportunity to atone for those mistakes is what makes us grow, and giving someone the opportunity (within reason) can result in a beautiful situation that neither person expected.
