Sister Snubbed From Enjoying Wedding Festivities When Her Concerns for Sibling Causes Rift in Relationship, the Whole Family Gets Involved

Welcome back internet enthusiasts. Sometimes lines get crossed, and it's all too easy to let our assumptions run wild when we're in distressed states. We may feel wronged, upset, confused, when all we really need to do is talk to the person involved and hear their side of the story. As they say, communication is key, and it couldn't be more true. 

This brings us to the Reddit thread. It's about a woman who's been ostracized by her sister. Her sister was going through some medical issues, and she was her support system at the time, or so she thought. As soon as her medical issues cleared up, it was like night and day. The sister cut her out of her life, and went no contact. After some time, everyone in the family received a wedding invitation. Everyone except the one who knew about the medical conditions…she cut contact under the guise that her boundaries were crossed, when in reality the woman was just highly worried about her sister.
