This male Karen in economy insisted on having the higher quality vegetarian meal after hearing that the economy option was sold out. Now, the flight attendant remembered that he was eating bacon chips just 30 minutes prior, which clearly, the male Karen had not considered before trying to get away with his silly plan. However, instead of flat-out denying him service, the flight attendant maliciously complied and cobbled together a few leftover leaves from various first class meals so that the passenger could get the "first class vegetarian option" he so desired. Unfortunately for him, that just meant a small salad of mostly leaves.
