This Redditor had endured a ton of extra work and responsibility. Having worked in the non-profit space for quite some time, he was accustomed to being overworked and underpaid with no rewards for taking on extra responsibility. So after numerous attempts to reason with his boss, he decided to put all of his feelings down in writing before ultimately quitting the industry and pivoting to higher education and academia (another problematic world, but that's another story).
