Mental health should be at the top of your priority list. You can't do anything else properly unless you are taking care of your mental health. That's not only science, that's just common sense. And yet, many of us tend to put yourselves last on our priority list. Why is that? Why does putting yourself first make you feel a certain type of way? Why is mental health so hard? Well, all we can do is meme about it, which we love. But we also highly recommend therapy or hope that you already have a therapist. Those who do therapy know it's a complicated journey, but it can help you answer the questions you need answered or, at the very lease, help you find peace in the fact that you will never have the answers.
