I doubt there is a parent alive today who hasn't at one point or another wished they could take a break from their kids. While some may frown upon it, sometimes it's a good idea for parents to have a vacation to themselves now and then. Many moms and dads who choose to do this are likely to go down the whole adult-only all-inclusive route, but as one social media controversy has revealed, that isn't the only option.
A Disney adult mom raised eyebrows recently when she posted about shaking off her 'mom guilt' after taking a trip to the most magical place on earth by herself. While it's true that as a travel agent, she was there for work purposes too, not everybody felt she should be taking her decision so lightly. No doubt she will have to make it up to them with another trip at some time in the near future.
