The Funniest Disney Memes of the Week (September 1, 2024)

I have a confession: I was never a big fan of Disney Princesses. Before you come up in here and try to accuse me of being "a pick-me" or "not like other girls," let me explain. I was a child of the 2000s, and I cannot emphasize enough how much Disney Princesses were marketed to my age group. Every store, every toy, everything made for 5-year-old girls in 2005 had something to do with princesses, and I was sick of it. I don't remember the exact origin of my disdain, but I'm sure the ubiquity of the brand over other much cooler things (like fire trucks) cannot be overstated. I even refused to engage with my preschool's "Princess and Prince Day," opting" for a collegiate sweatshirt instead of a fairytale dress. If you are and have always been a fan of princesses, these Disney memes will fit like a glass slipper.
