With the rise of fitness influencer culture on social media, there are all kinds of tips and tricks to stay healthy and feel your best; it's almost intimidating. From eating strict keto diets to tracking your macros and participating in 75 hard (seriously, who comes up with this stuff?), it can feel impossible to keep up with the trends.
This guy tracks his food intake to the max, accounting for macros, micros, fiber, calories, and everything else we didn't even know we should be paying attention to on a nutrition label. That's why when he found a bag of tortilla chips with incredible health benefits, he thought it was too good to be true (spoiler alert, it was).
After eating an insane amount of chips in two days (how could that possibly be healthy?), he noticed his stomach felt off, and he was incredibly full throughout the day. Yet, he continued to eat the chips. He even went to the store and bought more bags. It wasn't until he went and posted his 'amazing' find on Reddit that he started to question if the nutrition label was actually credible. Let this be your warning.
