'That lady needs a talking to': Grocery store Karen throws tantrum over woman's dress code thinking she works there, manager intervenes

What era does this Karen think we're living in? Clearly, she is in no position to enforce what people should or should not wear in 2024. 

However, being the Karen she is, she felt entitled to speak up and speak out. For context, this innocent woman stopped by the grocery store to prepare for a BBQ with her husband when another Karen customer accosted her and immediately gave her a hard time about her dress code. The other lady tried to explain that she was not an employee there, to no avail. In fact, the Karen insisted she had seen her stocking shelves in the past and brought over her "friend" Dave, the manager. Even when Dave tried to clarify to the Karen that the lady did, in fact, not work at the store, like most Karens in this world, she refused to back down.
