Postpartum Woman Gets into Tiff With Mother-in-law After MIL Eats Her Favorite Food That She Cooked For Hours, Husband Gets Involved

Whether it's between parents, siblings, friends, or partners, there's a lot of work that needs to go into it to be successful. If one person isn't putting in effort, the relationship is doomed. But it's not always easy to let go of your ego and decide you want to change. 

In this particular Reddit thread, the original poster (OP) is a woman who just had a baby. Some women are fine after, and some women have waves of hormones that disrupt their whole emotional scale. This woman is suffering from extreme postpartum depression, which makes her more sensitive to irritating stimulations. I don't blame her for being upset though; she lives with her MIL, which is bad enough. To make matters worse, she cooks her favorite meal to treat herself, and finds the MIL standing over the stove eating out of it with a spoon.
