Fisherman Rescues Otter's Partner From Tangled Netting in Heartwarming Act, Gets an Otterly Wholesome 'Thank You' Gift (Video)

It's not every day you find a sea otter asking for your help. Heck, it's not every day you see a sea otter at all! But in this fisherman's case, today was the day he saw not only one, but two sea otters in just a few minutes. The otter was in distress, looking for a hooman's help, and stumbled upon this kindhearted fisherman. The otter led the fisherman to a net, where he found the otter's partner tangled in a fishing net. After a few minutes, he was able to save the tangled otter and set them both free.

But, that's not all! The freed otter swam back to him and gave him an otterly wholesome 'thank you' gift. We'll leave it to your imagination (or you can just scroll down and watch the video to find out), but it's pretty darn cute. Otters are the best, they're otterly wonderful (we're not sorry). Sometimes a little kindness goes a long way. Who knows, you may use that kindness to help a wild otter in the near future!

It must be intimidating to ask a hooman for help, especially when you are so small. It would be like us asking a dinosaur for help, except without the scary teeth and the tough skin. But, you know, same concept.

Oh no! Good thing these fisherman were able to get it out - we don't want to think about what would have happened to the otter if they hadn't been there. Thank goodness for these hoomans!
