Everywhere you look online these days, you can find 'influences' showing people what their 9-5 looks like. Usually, it looks nothing like life in the real world, with people jumping out of bed at 5:00 AM, with a full face of makeup on, before doing a 'quick workout' and only then actually getting ready to work, which consists of them driving to get their morning coffee.
The reality, at least for most 'regular' folks, is much less glamorous. You wake up somewhere around 7:00 AM, get ready as fast as humanly possible, commute to work, and then actually work for 8 hours, before driving back home and doing absolutely nothing for the rest of the evening.
We think it is important to shed light on how the real world works, so young adults would know that some days, their life would consist of sleep, work, and scrolling through memes at the end of the day.
