One of my favorite forms of exercise is going on walks. I could walk and walk until I walk right off the face of the Earth. It's calming to me and allows me to explore new areas of my city or places I'm visiting. It's equal parts stimulating and sweat-inducing. I'm the kind of person who needs something to look at, not just the inside of the gym, or my mind will wander to far-off places and I won't be able to truly lock in. This is why walks are perfect. But running? Running churns up the worst in me and leaves me in shambles. The slight difference between walking and running is somehow all the difference in the world.
But however you get your sweat on, odds are you'll need some memes to keep you company. So put the dumbbells down, towel off, and take a well-deserved break. And get to memeing.
