There are so many different types of dogs, and all of them are equally wonderful. Whether you're a long-eared Beagle, a spunky Terrier, a spotted Dalmatian, or a lean Greyhound, I love you the same. It's amazing how different dogs can look and yet we still recognize them as dogs. I guess humans are that way too. We take millions of shapes and forms, yet we have humanness in common.
Dogs have dogness in common. What is dogness, you ask? A sense of excitement when you come home from work. The ability to detect someone opening a chip bag from miles away. The desire for head scratches. This is what makes a dog a dog. Not how furry they are, how long their tail is, or how their bark sounds. As long as they rage against you as you try to put a Halloween costume on them, that's a dog. And these are dog memes. Glad we're clear.
